This Return Policy governs Lexine's acceptance of returns.
Proof of Purchase
With Proof of Purchase
Return or exchange any item with original purchase receipt within 14 days as NEW requires that item must be in original condition and packaging, unopened, with protection seal intact unbroken and/or tampered with, including all original materials supplied with the item. Returns that do not meet these criteria will be denied. Items returned may be exchanged or refunded at our discretion. Credit will be issued to the same card used for purchase; card must be present at time of return.
Without Proof of Purchase
Return or exchange of NEW items (original condition and packaging, unopened, with protection seal intact unbroken and/or tampered with, including all original materials supplied with the item) without proof of purchase may be made, subjected to our discretion. No CASH refunds will be issued.
Obtaining an Online Receipt
You can find a copy of your receipt in your Order Confirmation email as well as in the "Your Order Status" section of Your Account. If you did not register with us and cannot locate your Order Confirmation email, please contact Customer Care at firstname.lastname@example.org or 1-833-806-PROS (7767).
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable except in case of returns due to our error.
